| Before migrating to a new phone system we engaged Advantage Technologies to work with us and our phone vendor to understand how RightFax could be configured with our proposed Avaya VoIP phone system. Advantage gave us multiple configurations and explained the benefits of each proposal so we could understand (without techno jargon) which solution would be best suited to our firm. Advantage upgraded our version of RightFax and integrated with our new Avaya phone system in less than 1 day. It was obvious they are RightFax experts as they always had the answers and everything went smoothly. Even post installation questions were handled promptly. | As part of our ERP Solution implementation, a number of integrated solutions were identified as essential for our first phase of work. One of these solutions identified was a Fax Solution. When performing a selection for the Fax solution, we looked for a solution that would fit with our ERP Solution and business requirements as well as a vendor that could perform a speedy yet quality implementation of it. After having discussions with members of the Advantage Technologies team, we decided to move forward with having them implement the RightFax Solution.
